MemoiHoney.com publishes independent supplement research. This page explains exactly how we select, evaluate, and rate products — and what standards govern our editorial process.
How We Research Each Product
Every product reviewed on MemoiHoney.com goes through the same structured process before any rating is assigned. We begin with the ingredient label — identifying each active compound, its listed dose, and its claimed function. We then cross-reference each ingredient against published nutritional research and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements database to assess whether the science supports the manufacturer's claims.
We examine manufacturing credentials (GMP certification, FDA-registered facility status, and third-party testing claims), pricing relative to category benchmarks, and the terms of any money-back guarantee. Only after completing this process do we assign category scores and an overall editorial rating.
Our Rating System
Each product receives scores across five categories, each rated on a scale of 1.0 to 5.0:
- Ingredient Quality — Compound selection, dose adequacy, and form (bioavailable vs. generic)
- Effectiveness — Strength of clinical evidence for the claimed mechanism and user-reported outcomes
- Safety Profile — Known interactions, contraindications, and who should avoid
- Value for Money — Per-bottle cost benchmarked against category and guarantee length
- Manufacturing Standards — GMP certification, FDA-registered facility, third-party testing
An overall editorial rating (4.0–5.0 scale) reflects a weighted assessment across all five categories. We never assign 5.0 — no product is perfect.

The date shown on each page reflects the most recent substantive update. We do not publish content and leave it static indefinitely.
